YOU LEARN AS MUCH IN 10 MINUTES AS YOU DO now IN AN HOUR 😎
This is where you save the most time. Can’t be helped, let’s face it:
YOU’RE LEARNING SH**.
So come see how you can learn more in less time and get better grades.
your mistakes
Let’s see if you do one of these things when you study:
- reading your notes
- reading them again or reading the text in your book
- doing that all over again
You are just reading! But then on the test, you won’t answer the questions by reading! On the test, you’ll be SPEAKING, WRITING, SOLVING, THINKING.
So why not do it right while studying at home?
Active recall
You’ll simply learn by testing. Sounds weird. But it works. So what are you supposed to do? You’re gonna use active recall. It might look something like this:
- asking yourself questions about what you read in the transcript.
- try to answer the prescribed questions about the chapter in the textbook.
- create a cheat sheet – summarize everything on the test (perhaps using non-linear note-taking)
- when learning foreign words, cover your English and try to remember the translation first
- write down the questions and test yourself before reading the note (then check the answers by reading the note)
great app
It’s called Quizlet! Definitely try it after you finish the course, it will help you learn effectively. Simply type in the concepts you need to learn and write the definitions and answers.
Then you can use the study sets to do quizzes, review, games – you don’t even feel like you’re learning. You learn really efficiently, it takes less time, and you get a better grade on the test.
So – learn actively – learn by self-testing.
